Weight-management treatment cannot be ordered through Chrystalls Connect unless you have first completed our consultation process and been clinically approved for treatment.

Completing a consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed or supplied. Treatment will only be provided where an appropriately qualified healthcare professional considers it safe and clinically suitable.

Eligibility and Clinical Assessment

During your consultation we may review information including:

• Your BMI and waist measurement
• Medical history
• Current medicines
• Relevant health conditions
• Previous weight-management treatment
• Any other information needed to assess suitability

You must provide complete, truthful and up-to-date information.

False, incomplete or misleading information may result in treatment or future orders being delayed, declined or cancelled.

Reordering Through Chrystalls Connect

Once treatment has been approved, you may be given a patient ID or approved access details allowing you to reorder through Chrystalls Connect.

Repeat orders are not automatically guaranteed and remain subject to continued clinical suitability, product availability and any reviews required by our pharmacy team.

We may contact you for further information before approving a repeat order.

Your Weight-Loss Journey

Weight-loss results vary from person to person and no particular amount or rate of weight loss can be guaranteed.

At Chrystalls Pharmacy, we consider more than the number on the scales. Where appropriate, progress may also include:

Ongoing Treatment and Safety

Treatment may be adjusted, paused or stopped where clinically necessary.

Always read the patient information supplied with your medicine and follow the advice provided by your pharmacist or clinician.

Seek urgent medical help if you experience severe symptoms or believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency.

Medicines Are for You Only

Treatment supplied through our weight management service is intended only for the patient who has been clinically assessed and approved.

You must not share your medicine, allow another person to use your patient details or purchase treatment for someone who has not completed their own assessment.

Payments, Cancellations and Delivery

Payments may initially be authorised while your order is reviewed and captured once an approved order is ready to be prepared.

If you change your mind, contact us as soon as possible. Once medicine has been approved and prepared for dispatch or collection, or has already been dispatched, a change-of-mind refund may no longer be possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not supplied as agreed.

Approved orders may be supplied by Click & Collect, Same-Day Local Delivery or secure tracked postal delivery, subject to availability and the relevant delivery conditions.
