Who Is This Product For?
Blepha EyeBag is suitable for adults, including pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children from 3 years old when handled by a parent or carer. It may be useful for people with dry eye symptoms, Meibomian gland dysfunction, blepharitis, styes, chalazion or discomfort caused by contact lens wear.
How to Use
Remove contact lenses or glasses before use. Warm the Blepha EyeBag in the microwave according to the instructions in the patient leaflet. Check carefully that the mask is comfortably warm and not too hot before placing it over closed eyelids. Relax with the mask in place for 5 to 10 minutes, then gently massage the closed eyelids to help release oils from the Meibomian glands.
Recommended Use
For the first 2 weeks, use twice daily, morning and evening, for 5 to 10 minutes each time. After the first 2 weeks, use 3 to 4 times a week, or adjust according to your symptoms and professional advice.
Possible Side Effects
Possible side effects may include eyelid irritation, pain, redness or itchiness. It is normal to notice temporary skin redness after use due to the warming effect. If symptoms persist, worsen or feel unusual, speak to a healthcare professional.
Advisory
Do not use on broken or bleeding skin around the eyes. Do not use if you are sensitive to flax, linseed or any component of the product. Do not wash or wet the mask. Always check the temperature before applying to the eyelids. Each mask should only be used by one person to avoid cross-contamination.
Storage
Store in its box in a clean, dry place. Replace after 6 months if used once daily, or sooner if damaged or soiled.
