Why Chrystalls Connect Was Created
Chrystalls Connect started with a real-life problem — not simply a business idea.
One evening, I was at home suffering from severe stomach cramps after food poisoning. I needed something as simple as Buscopan, but I was too unwell to leave the house.
For such a common situation, getting the medicine I needed quickly was surprisingly difficult. I had to rely on someone else to go out and get it for me.
That experience highlighted something simple but important:
When people are unwell, getting to a pharmacy is not always easy — even when the medicine they need is.
When people need medicine most, convenience and speed are just as important as availability.
Chrystalls Connect was created to help bridge that gap.
