  • No refunds are issued if false or misleading information is provided.

  • Deliveries require a signature or proof of delivery.

  • Letterbox delivery is at your own risk.

  • Standard delivery: Royal Mail 48-hour signed service.

  • All deliveries require a signature or photo proof.

  • Medicines cannot be left unattended.

  • Letterbox delivery (if chosen) is at your risk.

    • Click & Collect: £1.00

11. Refund & Returns Policy

Refunds may be considered only if:
