Chrystalls Connect provides:
Pharmacy medicine normally called OTC or P medicine, this definition means that these products can only be purchased from a Pharmacy under the guidance of a qualified pharmacist and questions being answered.
GSL medicine, this definition means General Sale List, this type of medication can be purchased without a pharmacist and you typically find these items in a supermarket ready to picked of the shelf.
NHS services via Pharmacy First.
Private weight loss clinic treatments.
Other health-related products from our pharmacy shop i.e. Vitamins, Eye drops, Creams but not limited to.
All products are subject to pharmacist review. Decisions are final and made in the interest of patient safety.
6. OTC & Pharmacy Medicines – Safety & Consent
All orders are reviewed by a pharmacist.
You must answer screening questions truthfully.
You must make sure that you read patient leaflet to familiarise yourself with the products.
Medicines cannot be supplied without pharmacist approval.
If ordering for someone else, you accept responsibility for their safe use of the medication.
Virtual consultations may be required to verify answers.
7. Weight Loss Clinic – Important Information
All customers must complete health screening truthfully.
Orders are reviewed by a responsible pharmacist.
Verification will require photos uploaded or a video consultation.
No refunds are issued if false or misleading information is provided.
Deliveries require a signature or proof of delivery.
Letterbox delivery is at your own risk also as the product might be to thick we might have to post product out of the box
On your first order you get a yellow bin to put your needles in, this will not fit through letterbox, if you don’t need the yellow bin please let us know.

8. Pharmacy First – Important Information
All Pharmacy First orders are subject to pharmacist approval and patient falls into the right criteria
Certain conditions (e.g. ear pain) require in-person consultation and can not be accessed online.
Virtual consultations may be used to confirm symptoms.
Medicines will not be left unattended.
Letterbox delivery is at your risk.
By ordering, you confirm you are a UK resident and have answered questions truthfully.
9. Orders, Pricing & Payments
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We aim to match Boots.com prices on most lines.
Payments are processed securely via SumUp.
we have other payment providers like strip, google pay, apple pay, paypal and klarna but on value over £15.00(due to payment fees) .
We do not store card details.
10. Delivery Policy
Delivery area: within 1.5 miles of IG8 0HL for same-day delivery.
Standard delivery: Royal Mail 48-hour signed service.
All deliveries require a signature or photo proof.
Medicines cannot be left unattended.
Letterbox delivery (if chosen) is at your risk.

11. Refund & Returns Policy
Due to healthcare regulations, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
Prescription medicines
Pharmacy-only (P) medicines
Weight loss treatments
Opened or used products
Refunds may be considered only if:
Products arrive damaged or incorrect (evidence required).
We are unable to fulfil your order due to stock issues.
Refunds, if granted, are processed via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
