Purpose:
This medicine helps relieve chesty coughs and sore throats in adults, elderly people, and children over 5 years old. It contains expectorants like liquorice and squill to clear phlegm, and menthol to relieve congestion.

Important Warnings:

• Do not use if: You have a heart complaint, breathing difficulties, raised pressure in the head, liver or kidney problems, or are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Consult a doctor if you are taking certain medications, like carbenoxolone (for stomach ulcers), or diuretics (water tablets).
• Pregnant or breastfeeding: Ask your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Ingredients:
Active ingredients include:

• Levomenthol (4mg),
• Squill tincture (0.6ml),
• Liquorice liquid extract (0.125ml).
  It also contains alcohol, glucose, sucrose, and preservatives.

Dosage:

• Adults/elderly: 1-2 5ml spoonfuls every 4 hours.
• Children (5-12 years): 1 5ml spoonful every 4 hours.
• Children under 5: Do not use unless advised by a doctor.

• Allergic reactions (rash, itching),
• Gastrointestinal issues (abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea),
