- All deliveries require a signature, and a photo may be taken as proof of delivery.
- As we are delivering medication, we cannot leave orders unattended.
However, we can:
- Deliver to a neighbour who has authorized signing on your behalf.
- Deliver to a work address, if specified.
Important: If you prefer delivery to a neighbour or work address, please leave a note at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery process.

To Understand: Letterbox delivery is available only if requested at the time of ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items delivered through the letterbox enter a safe environment, away from pets or children.
Chrystalls Connect will not be held responsible for any accidents or issues that arise after the delivery has been made.
By selecting letterbox delivery, you accept full responsibility for the safe receipt of your order.
