Virtual Consultations

In some cases, we may request a video or voice consultation via WhatsApp to verify symptoms or clarify answers.

To proceed with such checks smoothly, you must provide a valid mobile number during checkout.

Delivery Policy

• We offer same-day delivery within 1.5 miles of IG8 0HL.
• Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail 48-Hour Signed Delivery.
• All deliveries require a signature or photo proof. Medicines cannot be left unattended.
• You may request delivery to a trusted neighbour or workplace. Please leave clear instructions at checkout.

Letterbox Delivery (If Chosen)

Letterbox delivery is only available when requested during checkout. This service is offered at your own risk. By selecting this option, you confirm that:

• Items will be delivered into a safe environment away from children or pets.
• Chrystalls Connect is not liable for any misuse, loss, or harm after delivery has taken place.

Privacy & Promotions

• We will never request bank details outside our secure checkout page.
• If you receive suspicious emails, please contact us immediately.
