Delivery Information

  • Signature Required: A signature is mandatory for all medication deliveries. We cannot leave medications without a signature, nor can we leave them on the doorstep. If someone else can sign on your behalf, you may provide a work address or an alternative location, as long as it’s within our 1-mile radius.
  • Order Time: Please make sure you place orders between Monday to Friday 10am – 5.00pm and Saturday 10am-12pm
  • Delivery Area: We currently deliver medications only within a 1-mile radius of IG8 (Woodford Green), UK.*scroll to bottom of page to see if you are in our radius
  • Courier Instructions: For safety reasons, our couriers are instructed not to leave parcels in a nominated safe place. They must obtain a signature and capture a photo to complete the order.
  • Failed Deliveries: If no one is available to sign for the medication upon delivery, we are unable to replace or refund the item. However, we will work with you to re-ship the returned items, if safe to do so. Please note that an additional delivery fee may apply, depending on availability.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Our couriers will deliver to the address provided at the time of the order. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, and this leads to a failed delivery, we are unable to replace or refund the item.
  • Customer Support: Our customer service team is always available to assist you with any concerns.

We offer a flat delivery rate of £2.99 for all orders, regardless of the service(Except NHS Services). While some competitors offer free delivery, also some have a minimum spend, we believe in providing a sustainable, transparent service. Instead of inflating the cost of goods to cover free delivery, we keep prices consistent with in-store rates.
