Why We Created Chrystalls Connect
The inspiration for Chrystalls Connect came from a very personal experience. During a time when we were struck with severe food poisoning, we found ourselves unable to leave the house and completely out of essential medicines. Exhausted and unwell, the only solution was to ask a family member to visit a pharmacy and drop medicines through our letterbox.
That moment highlighted a real problem: when people are too unwell to step outside, getting vital medicines can be stressful and difficult. Yet in the same world, food can be delivered instantly with services like Deliveroo or Just Eat. We asked ourselves — if meals can be delivered within the hour, why can’t medicines?
And so, Chrystalls Connect was born.
